When I first met Harvey Dahline the other week, I could tell I was dealing with an intelligent and charismatic man. It turned out he’s the retired Chief of Police from Grand Rapids, and wow – he had some amazing stories about what keeps the law busy in these parts ;)
I could also tell that I would have to earn his business; anyone from GR driving a two year old Suzuki is clearly willing to take his business out of town if he isn’t satisfied. As you can see in the letter he wrote to my boss Gary, I did well:

As part of the media-blitz introducing the all-new 2013 Escape, Ford partnered up with NBC to create a competitive reality show pitting 6 teams against eachother in challenges all across the U.S. Naturally, they all drive around in 2013 Escapes and have to use features like the voice-activated navigation system, the hands-free liftgate, and active park assist. The last episode is tonight. Except for those of us on #huludelay (so, don’t tell me who wins!).
I am uber excited for the all-new Escape. I got to see it in person down at the Twin Cities Auto Show and it is waaay different.

Before I get to the details on the recently increased rebates/incentives on the 2012 Ford Escapes I’d like to give you an update on how this “Car Salesman” thing has been going now that I am almost 10 months into it.
